Healthy weight range for your height
There is no single perfect weight, so this tool shows several widely used estimates. The Devine and Robinson formulas start from a base weight at 5 feet of height and add a fixed amount for every extra inch. The healthy BMI range gives a band rather than a point. Use them together as a guide, not a target.
None is precise for everyone. Muscle mass, frame size and age all matter, which is why the healthy BMI range is often the most practical guide.
The formulas were designed for adults roughly 5 feet and taller, so results below that are less reliable.
